The 120 Hour Nevada Pre-Licensing Course at Americana Real Estate School is designed to be completed in 4 weeks. This approved course is offered in a unique combination of classroom time plus directed home study, as well as online-only options.
Students may make up any missed class during any future session within 12 months of their enrollment.
In Nevada, all licensees must be licensed under a broker. Licensees may work for any broker willing to accept them on their staff. Students will be given the opportunity to interview brokers and tour brokerages. Mentoring students who require assistance in finding a broker is available as necessary.
