90 Hour Nevada Pre Licensing Course

• 45 hours of live instruction
• 45 hours of assisted home study
• Students can register for 3 and a half weeks of live virtual classes or in-person classes at Century 21 Americana Real Estate School
• All textbooks required for the course are included
• After registering, students have a full year to take the course. This means you can register now, and then decide which month works best for you.
• After completion of all course requirements, students receive a certificate of completion and a student transcript
• Feel like you missed something? After completing the course, attend any class again for FREE within a year of registration.

How long will it take me to complete real estate school?

The 90 Hour Nevada Pre Licensing Course at Century 21 Americana Real Estate School is designed to be completed in 3 ½ weeks. This approved course is offered in a unique combination of 45 hours of classroom time plus 45 hours of directed home study.

What happens if I have to miss a class?

If you have to miss a class, you can make up the class during any future session within 12 months of enrollment.

Besides going to class, what else do I have to do to get a real estate license?

Besides attending class, you must pass 5 school exams as well as the Nevada Real Estate Division’s state mandated Pearson VUE exams. Your instructor will explain all the requirements in class.

Where can I work as a real estate agent after I finish school?

In Nevada, all licensees must be licensed under a broker. You may work for any broker who is willing to take you as a new licensee. You will be given a chance to interview brokers and tour brokerages. We will assist students needing assistance with the process of finding a broker.
