Students are always encouraged to call or email our support staff for any administrative or class related questions. Each online course has a live moderator available to answer questions.
What exam preparation tools are available for online students?
Students receive 60 hours of in person instruction, practice exams in their textbooks, an online portal that contains numerous resources such as what to expect on the exam, as well as additional practice exams. We also offer a monthly 2 hour exam prep live zoom call where students can go over important topics and ask questions to a licensed and experienced real estate agent.
Do you offer continuing education classes for online students?
We currently do not offer continuing education for in-person or online students.
How many different courses are there in the curriculum?
Century 21 Americana Real Estate school currently only offers a pre-licensing course for prospective real estate agents. We look forward to offering a variety of courses within the real estate field in the near future.
Do I get to choose any of the courses I take?
We currently offer one pre-licensing real estate course.
What happens if I don't pass a course?
Students can retake the course for free within 12 months of their original enrollment month. After this, students can re-enroll for $99.
How many hours of study outside of class does each course require?
Students are required by the real estate board to complete 60 hours of at home study.
How long will it take me to complete real estate school?
The 120 Hour Nevada Pre Licensing Course at Century 21 Americana Real Estate School is designed to be completed in 4 weeks. This approved course is offered in a unique combination of classroom time plus directed home study.
What happens if I have to miss a class?
If you have to miss a class, you can make up the class during any future session within 12 months of enrollment.
What are the steps to getting a real estate license in Nevada?

- Fingerprints and Background check with approved Vendor
- Pass National and State Pre-Licensing Salesperson Exam
- Affiliate with a broker
- Submit application for your Salesperson license to the Nevada Real Estate Division
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid Social Security number or tax ID
Where can I work as a real estate agent after I finish school?
In Nevada, all licensees must be licensed under a broker. You may work for any broker who is willing to take you as a new licensee. You will be given a chance to interview brokers and tour brokerages. We will assist students needing assistance with the process of finding a broker.
